One stop shop: Outline
The One Stop Shop is a face to face walk in centre that deals with a variety of Council enquiries, suggestions, requests and complaints.
It has five generically trained customer service advisors who strive to respond to as many queries as possible.
The One Stop Shop also includes a customer service officer who works for Greenvale Homes. This officer has access to information about Greenvale Homes and will endeavour to answer all housing queries.
The One Stop Shop is located opposite the bus station in Rawtenstall Town Centre.
Accessibility
The One Stop Shop is fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act and includes a Loop facility, Minicom, Language Line and access to British Sign Language interpreting services.Availability
