Rossendale Borough Council

Have your say

The Council is committed to engaging in effective community consultation, listening to the views and opinions of residents and using these to help to shape our policies, plans and decisions. There are various ways to comment and voice your opinion on key issues affecting your community. Please see the consultation pages (below) for details of our consultations, and how to join Rossendale’s Citizen Panel.

Please come back and view these pages regularly to:
  • View the details of consultations past, present and future
  • Take part in more opportunities to have your say
  • See the results of consultations.

As well as consultations you can petition to the council using our online ePetitions system. Rossendale Borough Council welcomes petitions and recognises that they are one way in which people can let us know their concerns.

Rossendale’s Citizen Panel

The Council consults direct with the public on a variety of topics and in a range of different ways. One way of having your say regularly on a whole range of different issues is by joining Rossendale’s Citizen's Panel. The Panel is an active database of people within the community that the Council can consult with via surveys on key issues throughout the year. The Panel provides members of the community with the opportunity to voice their views on issues locally

If you would like to become a member, please call Kris Barker on 01282 661614 or register online here www.feedbacksurveys.org.uk/rossendalepanel
