You are legally obliged to pay Council Tax even if you are unhappy with some or all of the services provided by Rossendale Borough Council. Withholding payment of your Council Tax will not prompt improvement of services and may end up costing you more if recovery action is taken against you.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the services provided you should contact that department directly and outline the nature of your complaint. If it is not resolves at that point you could contact your local councillor to intervene on your behalf or submit an official complaint using the Councils complaints procedure.
