Abandoned vehicles: Outline
Rossendale Borough Council deals with suspected abandoned vehicles. On receiving a report, a Locality Officer will attend at the vehicle to determine whether or not it has been abandoned.
Suspected abandoned vehicles can be reported to the Communities Team, please follow the Abandoned Vehicle link in the Further Information Section below.
