Licence - sex establishment: Outline
Rossendale Borough Council resolved that the legal powers allowing Local Authorities to licence and control sex establishments will be adopted from 1st July 2004
The Licensing Unit will licence applications for and control sex establishments within the Borough in accordance with the Local Government ( Miscellaneous Provisions ) Act 1982 in the public interest and to protect children from harm
