There are a number of free long stay and short stay car parks in Rossendale.

Rossendale Borough Council provides a number disabled parking bays in our car parks for use by vehicles correctly displaying a valid Disabled Blue Badge.
There is no time limit on any our car parks for vehicles correctly displaying a valid Disabled Blue Badge.
