Help us to help you
- Submit paper applications with the LLC1 and CON29 correctly completed (a duplicate is not required)
- Submit applications via the Council's Online Facility
- Submit applications via the National Land Information Service hub
- Ensure the applications are accompanied by the correct fee
- Provide a copy of an accurate location plan with the property boundary clearly outlined.
- Check that the property or land is within the Rossendale area
