The consultation responses recevied by the Council on Taylor Wimpey's Masterplan and Design Codes have been published here: Part 1 & Part 2.

 

January 2023

The consultation on the Masterplan and Design Codes from Taylor Wimpey closed on Tuesday 17th January 2023. Representations have been recorded and are now being considered, all representations recorded will be made publically available in due course.

 

December 2022

The consultation on the Masterplan and Design Codes from Taylor Wimpey was extended by 2 weeks until Tuesday 17th January 2023.

The Council received a revised Masterplan and Design Codes from Taylor Wimpey in association with planning application 2022/0451 - A Proposed Development For The Erection Of 238 No. Residential Dwellings And All Associated Works, Including New Access, Landscaping And Public Open Space Within Housing Allocation H66 Of The Adopted Rossendale Local Plan.

The Masterplan and Design Code was amended to:

  • Remove Peel Land and Property's logo from the cover / introduction;
  • Make it clear that Peel Land and Property did not input into the document; and
  • Correct a small number of typing errors.

The consultation was initially scheduled to run until Tuesday 3rd January 2023 (this was later extended), and the Council invited comments and representations on the Masterplan and Design Codes which can be accessed here.

 

November 2022
