Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1, due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- Some of our historic pdf files are not accessible. Accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018. Please fill in a website feedback form if you cannot access a pdf on our website and we will do what we can to provide you with an accessible version.
- We now work to limit the publication of pdfs where possible and instead publish all website content as web pages - other than council minutes, meetings and agenda documents.
- Some pdfs hosted on our website are owned by third parties and some do not meet accessibility standards. The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix content that is owned by third parties.
Disproportionate burden
Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
PDF's or other documents published before 23 September 2018 that are not essential to providing services.
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
We plan to identify and fix issues with accessibility as soon as issues are discovered.
