If you wish to appeal against your Rateble Value, the appeal process in England is known as check, challenge, appeal. The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) deals with checks and challenges, while the independent Valuation Tribunal for England handles appeals.
If you are subject to the check, challenge, appeal procedure, this does not entitle you to withhold payment of your account.
