Garden waste collection service

How does it work?

The collection of garden waste will cost £40 per year for one bin collected on a fortnightly basis. Additional garden waste bins will be charged at a lower rate of £30 per bin. This charge will cover a nine month period from March to end of November.

Please note: If you join part way through the year or only need a collection a few times a year, the charge will still remain at £40. We do not offer reduced rates or concessions.

You can pay at any time by our online service using a debit or credit card.

Alternatively your can pay by telephone during office hours on 01706 217777.

It may take a few weeks to process your request so please subscribe early to avoid disappointment and to ensure your garden waste collections continue to take place over the summer.

How do I sign up?

Once you have signed up, you will receive a permit which you will need to stick onto the rear of your bin, instructions will be included with the permit which will contain your collection dates.

Please ensure your bin is available by 6.45am at the boundary of your property or at your designated collection point on the day of collection.

Please remember that collection times may vary from week to week.
