Registration as a second hand goods dealer
To register, complete the application form stating the name and address of the applicant together with the details of each place occupied by the applicant, within the Council’s district, from which it is intended to trade in such goods. There is a registration fee of £105.00
A police constable is entitled to examine these records at any reasonable time.
