Rossendale Heating Oil Support
Rossendale Borough Council may be able to help if you use heating oil as your main heating fuel and are struggling to afford your next heating oil order.
This support is funded by the Department for Work and Pensions and is for households in Rossendale who are on a low income or experiencing financial hardship.
