Dog Fouling
Anyone guilty of a dog fouling offence will receive a fixed penalty notice, payable within 14 days of the notice being issued. Anyone who fails to pay the fine will be prosecuted.
We carry out regular patrols of dog fouling hotspots and will issue fixed penalty notices to anyone caught committing an offence.
To report dog fouling, please fill in the dog fouling online form. Reports will be treated in confidence and it is helpful for us to be able to target our patrols. Please provide times of day and who might be allowing their dog to foul, if known.
