Union Street Bacup – public realm works
Due to be complete by 2026.
Union St will be transformed as part of the Market redevelopment. The road will be made one-way with a cycling lane to allow for better pedestrian access and businesses to spill onto the pavement.
Public engagement sessions about the plans will take place at Bacup Library on:
- Monday 26th February 10am-1pm
- Wednesday 28th February 4pm - 6.45pm
