Deductions from benefits
If you are in receipt of benefits we may be able to ask the Department of Work and Pensions to make a deduction from each payment they make to you. The exact amount will depend on figures set by the government.
The benefits we may be able to make deductions from are:
- Income support
- Job seekers allowance (income based)
- Employment and support allowance (income related)
- Universal credit
- Pension credit (guaranteed credit)
