Home Improvement Agency Housing Grants
Rossendale’s Home Improvement Agency is dedicated to helping older, disabled and vulnerable residents within the Borough to live safely and independently in their own home. Rossendale’s Home Improvement Agency is available for older and disabled people who need help repairing, maintaining or adapting their home.
The Housing Assistance Policy sets out Rossendale Borough Council’s policies in relation to private sector renewal and focuses specifically on the provision of financial assistance and other forms of assistance that the Council is able to offer to improve the standards of housing and the quality of life for qualifying residents. This financial assistance includes:
