Partly Occupied Property Relief - Section 44(A) Relief
In most cases you need to pay the full bill for a property which is partly occupied.
Where a property is partly occupied for a short time, we may be able to award discretionary relief for the unoccupied part. For example, this could be where there is heavy plant and machinery which takes longer to install or remove than is normal.
