Helmshore Memorial Park, better known to the locals as Snig Hole Park provides a great location for families, dog walkers and spots enthusiasts.

History

Helmshore Memorial Park, historically known as Snig Hole Park, opened in June 1922. The land and clock tower were generously gifted by the local wool manufacturing Porritt family to honor the 53 men from Helmshore and Ewood Bridge who died in the First World War.
